End-to-end encryption

Voice recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Encryption keys rotate on a schedule.

Each business's call data is logically separated. No one — not your team, not ours — can reach another business's data.

Every listen, edit, and export is recorded in an immutable audit log — you can answer 'who saw what, when' in seconds.
